A swan vase, a shell thingy... I think it's a doily type thing and yet another vintage pillowcase to add to my growing collection. These are a few finds from last week... I think I am going to have to start getting rid of some things soon, our house is filling up! Either that or stop hunting for treasures, but I just can't seem to help myself x

Poppy

I had some more Poppies in the house last week, given to me by a gorgeous girl I know. These ones were so tall and amazing... I should have maybe cut them down a little bit as a few started flopping over but I just loved the way they looked.

Minigolf

Today was a beautiful sunny Spring day in Melbourne... we drove out to the Minigolf park at Lilydale to have a play. It was such a cute little minigolf course and I had my first go at trying to use Instagram on Luke's phone... quite addictive isn't it! We then went to Healesville, a lovely little town about 15 mins drive from Lilydale where I found a few treasures x

Don't these double Daffodils remind you a little bit of scrambled eggs... maybe?

The latest purchase... these lovely kitsch fans! I thought they would suit the bamboo and cane furniture well, and they kinda make me feel like I'm on holiday x

Yay, Spring is here and we have had some beautiful days here already in Melbourne.

Treasures

We went to the Camberwell Markets today... where you can purchase all sorts of bits and pieces, mainly second hand stuff... there was all sorts of trash and treasure there. We got there an hour and a half before closing though and I think next time I will try to get there bright and early.
Today we left with a 1988 Australian Wildflower teatowel, a new tie for my tie collection and a random piece of wood!
